My wife had a portable DVD player from Coby. The thing looked like garbage and practically broken in half over. She also won a cupboard under the Coby DVD player, which worked perfectly for almost two years. So, if you purchase a Coby brand TV, I was very skeptical. We stumbled on this TV in a local shop on Black Friday. The price was an astonishing $ 249 They had an ad on and we thought it looked pretty nice. piano finish on the outside andPicture, if only 720p, it looked quite nice. We could not pass up the opportunity to purchase a 32 "LCD HDTV for $ 250. Getting home and unpacking was easy. We had not bought an HDMI cable yet, but engaged in our digital cable decoder component and thought that the photo was fine. We ordered an HDMI cable off Amazon (less than $ 6 for a 6-foot cord), and received less than a week later. We exchanged our cable box for the HD box, was connected via HDMI, and Isay, is for a "32 HDTV, which was less than $ 300, could not be happier. The only complaint I have about this TV are the connectors on the back. They are more like a monitor in September This means that vertical instead of horizontal connections. TV deserve a five stars for the first year. The second year break your wallet! My remote eye on this series was first, I'll enter another hundred dollars. At first the TV turns on. The problem for some reason, reset and it fixed. No media to talk about Coby. To be alone. Nice features, good sound, great film. However, you probably would not buy again.
