I heard this for about a year. Unfortunately, this model is not made more particular. Samsung and replaces it with the LN32C540. That said, this is a good LCDTV for every new beginning in the HD. I am sure that the next 540 will be well. Despite the fact only 720p, DVD-image (with the Sony upconversion player [DVP-NS710H] and an HDMI Media Bridge) is amazingly sharp pictures thanks to individual settings I. Samsung is known for his strong, clear,brilliant image quality and the 5 Series is no different. What blows my mind that this is only on a DVD player, double near HD DVD. If I had a Blu-Ray, I think it would be even better, not to mention quality Blu-ray.
The features are nice, because there are a lot of these judgments image adjustment, you can adjust everything from color balance and sharpness standard white. I have this TV less than 6 months. Fortunately for me, I was still under warranty. One year with another year by Samsung and Costco. One minute I had picture and sound, the next sound alone. The technician immediately agree that Samsung was a problem and told me I had them ship repair center in New Jersey. I still had the shipping box so it was not a big problem. If I had not kept the box, it would be very inconvenient.
I do not know if this is true, but I read that theSamsung LCD HDTV has a well-known problem worse graphics card, go to the causes image. I was born to buy another Samsung TV schedule, but I'll probably go with a Sony instead.
