Customer Review
TV really delivers where it counts: image quality. The accuracy of color that almost perfectly, since it is directly out of the box. The tones are not so many LCDs and contrast is well saturated. The A-IPS panel makes this series the best viewing angle of an LCD on the market with absolutely no color change and minimal differences in brightness even in the most extreme angles have. The black levels are great, but some of the devices competing with VA panels are better at thisto consider. The only real flaw with this device is the remote, not the same distance, but the receiver of the TV. You have to be that the remote directly at the IR receiver to work for them properly. Otherwise, this TV for use as a Media Center and HD computer screen is fantastic. I thoroughly before deciding to purchase, and there was this LNA650 and Samsung. Both series are superlative, but the Panasonic is just that much better.
Problematic remote control is a deal breaker – Jonukas – Bloomington, IN
Panasonic seemed to be a good company, and we had good results with their products than others, but it does say I'm sorry that this is not the case this time.
The problem with this model (as others have noted) is the remote control. Unless you're standing in front of the TV, the remote is responding. In my troubleshooting, I discovered that this problem is most noticeable when the TV has a little '. You can not react with the remote, but some controlsin less than 60 ° and 8 feet away from the TV. According to the TV for a while '(~ has 15 minutes) the remote is a bit' better, but we still have problems, where we found dead zone / corner where the remote does not work anymore. We lean over from where we sit and wave the remote around to try to get the answer to your TV.
I just called Panasonic about this issue and the first solution is to send me a new remote control. This is incorrect. The second call resulted in the IRBoard and the plastic window replaced. Although this initially seemed to help, I found the problem is still there on a cold start. In the third call, the man is out of repair and replacement of the entire back wall. However, the problem persisted. At this point, how could any part that has not been replaced, and since the other notification here the same problem, I concluded that this is a matter of design came with the TV.
The warranty on this TV has now expired, but beforeit did, I asked Panasonic to support the withdrawal of the TV or give me a different model, it will work. I say that a field representative contact me. I'm still waiting to hear from you.
No expert here – Bonita Kale – Cleveland, OH, USA
No expert here, but we love this TV. No problem viewing from the side. The control system works well and is working on our VCRs and DVD players, although they are different brands. Somewhere in the years after we bought a television, things went much better.
Our TV is against a picture window, is still a problem, but much less of a problem with this model LCD that with our old TV fat.
If we used to buy new electronics every few years, I havehas not so much (about $ 880 was spent), but I know it will require much more time before replacing them, I wanted something I could live with one or two decades to get.
